Why do I coach?  I coach because I love the sport. I have a heart for teaching, and I love watching young ladies grow as a volleyball player and as individuals. I believe that being disciplined in a sport such as volleyball will not only teach the young girls how to play well and win, but it will also teach them to work with varying individuals, communicate effectively with one another, respect one another and authority, and will teach them overall responsibility for their own lives. It’s about the game of Volleyball, it’s about living and enjoying life to the fullest, but really I love coaching because when all is considered and all is executed properly, victory is eminent, and who doesn’t want to be victorious?!
