Why do I coach?

My interest in coaching began in high school when I ran volleyball camps and helped coach CYO teams for St. Max. Teaching the girls form, technique and advancing their skills is a rewarding experience. It is always interesting to see how they develop from the beginning of the season to where they end by the time the season is over. Coaching is also one more way to continue with my passion for the sport.
